Ryan is a proven CEO with extensive experience in diverse industries, a record of increasing profitability, market share & developing strong management teams. While at CMC, he led the turnaround from neutral earnings to double digit EBITDA. As EVP and NA President of James Hardie, held full P&L responsibility ($1.5Bn annual revenue, 10%+ growth rate). Ryan has a BSME from Carnegie Mellon, MSEE from University of Pittsburgh, and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
Greg Topel is an experienced operator and CEO with a successful track record building businesses across an array of technologies, business sizes, and markets. As CEO, Greg launched Tanvas raising multiple caprounds of capital. While at ITW Tech Center, Greg led BU initiatives to expand product offerings and improve operational efficiencies using the ITW 80/20 and customer-back innovation models. Greg has an BSME from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
Scott is a key operational strategist offering 20 years of experience across the management spectrum, with full P&L; including sales and marketing, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, IT, product and business development. Demonstrated success in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, process improvement, and change management.Expertise with multiple ERP and Quality Systems Implementations. Successfully drove large-scale process and operations improvement projects across multiple manufacturing and distribution operations.
Caleb is an impactful young business leader that comes from a family history of small business owners. He graduated high school at age 16 and began his journey as an entrepreneur before ultimately joining Koch Industries. As Division Controller for an Aerospace company during COVID, he gained significant experience in managing through difficult times. As VP of Finance/IT at TransDigm (S&P 500: TDG), he provided financial oversight for a $40M annual EBITDA division. Ultimately, his passion and love for small businesses led him to leave Corporate America and join North Park Group.
Tyler is a skilled financial professional with expertise in accounting, cost analysis, and corporate finance. At ATC, he managed P&L reporting, developed financial models, performed variance analyses, and supported strategic decision-making. Previously, as a Treasury Analyst at Valeo, he managed cash operations for a multibillion-dollar automotive corporation. Tyler also founded and successfully sold a logistics company, demonstrating entrepreneurial success alongside his corporate experience. He holds a BSBA in Finance from Central Michigan University.
Jeff Williams is a proven operator with demonstrated success driving growth and scaling businesses in manufacturing and industrial automation. Previously as a President of a Nidec Corporation group company, he led the company through a transformational period of 10X revenue growth and improved profitability. Jeff has an extensive background in product management, refining sales networks and distribution channels, and navigating the challenges of a global supply chain and customer base. He holds a BSChE from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
Brian has had success in scaling industrial start-ups (5x in 4 years during COVID), leading turnarounds of $100m+ divisions, and driving profitable growth of small & mid-sized organizations. His experience in closely held family businesses helped him gain insight into their internal dynamics and change management. Brian has a BA from the University of Mount Union.
