We actively build relationships with individual investors, family offices, endowments, pension funds, SBIC funds, independent sponsors, and other institutional investment partners seeking direct access to lower middle market private investments.
Invest with a Long-Term Partner
We are not a traditional private equity fund. Rather than raising committed capital and operating within a predetermined fund timeline, we invest deal-by-deal and intend to own exceptional businesses for decades.
Our approach provides investors with the opportunity to:
- Invest directly alongside North Park Group
- Evaluate each investment opportunity independently
- Participate with investments generally beginning at $50k per transaction
- Receive annual cash distributions from portfolio company cash generation
- Participate in long-term business and real estate equity appreciation
- Benefit from potential liquidity alternatives, including structuring put options
Our objective is straightforward: acquire durable businesses at attractive valuations, grow cash flow over the long term and share the resulting value creation with our investment partners.
A Focus on Realized Returns
We believe investment performance should ultimately be measured by cash returned to investors, not "unrealized returns" shown by other private investment firms prior to their exits.
